Dr Paul Farrelly has six years experience in the Australian public service, working on health and environment policy issues.


As a consultant, in 2015 he reviewed an exchange program between elite Australian and Chinese universities which was funded by the Australian Government and administered by the Group of Eight.


In 2018 he research and produced a book, short video and exhibition banners for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade to celebrate the Australia-China Council's fortieth anniversary.


He also has three years of experience working in university administration at the Australian Centre on China in the World at the Australian National University.


In addition to three postgraduate degrees in Asian studies, Paul has Bachelor degrees in accounting and sociology and high level Chinese language skills.


With this experience and training, he is able to provide high level advice on higher education, cross-cultural communication, business strategy and Australia’s social, legal and economic environment.
